Updated Appointment Structure – Effective May 1

To simplify booking and make treatment options clearer, I will be slightly adjusting my appointment structure starting April 15. This change includes price changes.

Initial Appointment – $130 (No change) Your first visit includes a full health intake, diagnosis, and treatment.

Follow-Up Appointment – $110 for 60 minutes and $125 for 75 minutes

This session may include: • Acupuncture • Fire cupping • Some brief bodywork/touch. You will then have time to rest quietly alone with the needles, allowing the treatment to integrate deeply.

Follow-Up with Advanced Bodywork & Acupuncture – $125 for 60 minutes and $140 for 75 mintutes Choose this option if you would prefer continuous hands-on treatment throughout your session rather than resting alone with the needles.

This session may include: • Acupuncture • Acupressure • Craniosacral therapy • Qi Gong tablework • Fire cupping

This treatment delves deeper into the body work trainings I have been doing and is ideal for deeper nervous system regulation and relaxation, and for those who find it difficult to fully relax when left alone with the needles. This treatment can also be done needless (no acupuncture) **. But please note if you choose needless it will NOT be covered by insurance.

If you have any questions about these changes or which one you would like to book please get in touch. :)

Thank you for your continued trust in your care. I look forward to supporting your health.
